Our company has a consolidated presence in Italy and Spain, thanks to online sales through our website (www.grmtronics.com) and ongoing customer relationships. Participation in international trade fairs represents a strategic opportunity to expand our business into other European and non-EU markets.

In particular, we aim to increase our customer base through the launch of new products currently in an advanced stage of development, which will be officially presented starting from the April fair in Amsterdam.

These products, in addition to being patented, stand out for their uniqueness in the global panorama, offering a strong competitive advantage.

The trade fairs will allow us to strengthen relationships with our international partners and forge new partnerships with strategic suppliers and distributors, thus accelerating our internationalization process. Furthermore, we plan to leverage our membership in international networks to facilitate entry into key markets and build a solid presence even in unexplored regions.

 

Eicma Milan Fair Rho (Italy) 4-5-6-7-8-9 November

EICMA (International Motorcycle and Accessories Exhibition), also known as the International Motorcycle and Accessories Exhibition, is a trade show held annually in November at the Fiera Milano Rho exhibition center in Milan, Italy. Founded in 1914, it has evolved into the world's leading motorcycle and bicycle exhibition, consistently attracting millions of visitors.

Hosted by EICMA SpA, a subsidiary of ANCMA (National Association of the Motorcycle and Accessories Industry, part of the larger industrial association Confindustria), the event represents the main marketing tool for member companies, including some of the most prestigious names in the two-wheel sector.

EICMA presents a wide range of products and services spanning the entire two-wheel industry. These include the latest motorcycles, bicycles, scooters, specialized vehicle parts, accessories, and cutting-edge technology. The show is not only a platform for showcasing new products and networking among professionals, but also a window into the future of two-wheeled mobility.

Planned fairs

Fair 1: Rematec Amsterdam 2025

  • Location: Amsterdam (Netherlands)
  • Dates: April 8-9-10, 2025
  • Focus: Strengthen the company's presence in international markets by presenting innovative and patented solutions for the automotive sector.
  • Promote new flagship products, highlighting their added value in terms of sustainability and
  • Create new business opportunities through B2B meetings with distributors, retailers and partners
  • Strengthen the company's position as a leader in the regenerative components sector through hands-on demonstrations and promotional activities.

Fair 3: Eicma 2025

  • Location: Milan RHo (Italy)
  • Dates 04-05-06-07-08-09- November 2025
  • Focus:

Activities for the success of trade fairs

Pre-Fair Preparation

  • Stand Quote Evaluation: Request and compare quotes for custom stand setups at each trade show location. Evaluation parameters:
  • Size and location of the stand.
  • Services included (setup, lighting, connectivity). Delivery times and material quality.
  • Locations and specifications: Amsterdam, Bologna and Milan.

Promotional advertising material and invitations:

  • Creation of communications through multilingual print and digital materials (at least English and the local market language).
  • Production of promotional videos for products and the company. Creation of custom roll-ups and display panels.
  • Creation of personal invitations for companies selected through market research and contacted in advance, with the possibility of special benefits, gifts, and discounts.

Logistics and transport:

  • Planning the transportation of products and promotional materials. Staff training:
  • Training the team for visitor management, with a focus on intercultural communication.

During the Fair

  • Staff presence: Dedicated reception team, made up of multilingual staff, to ensure excellent interaction with international visitors.
  • Specific contacts for the management of:
  • Customers from target markets. Technical product presentations.
  • Support for B2B meetings with distributors and strategic partners.
  • Contact Collection: Using digital tools to record and manage visitor and partner data.

Post-Fair

  • Photographic and video documentation:
  • Creation of visual reports of the stand and the activities carried out.
  • Follow-up contacts:
  • Sending information materials to acquired contacts.
  • Scheduling follow-up meetings to consolidate existing relationships.
