1. Introduction and quality testing

All remanufactured spare parts supplied by our company are subjected to rigorous functional tests on certified test bench, capable of simulating real conditions of use on the vehicle.
At the time of shipment, each spare part is therefore guaranteed compliant and perfectly functional.


2. Duration of the warranty

  • Private customers (B2C – final consumers)
    The legal guarantee of conformity has a duration 24 months from delivery, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

  • Professional customers (B2B – workshops, resellers, companies)
    The commercial guarantee on remanufactured spare parts is valid for 12 months from the date of sale or from the date shown on the warranty certificate.


3. Object of the guarantee

The warranty covers only the original defects of the spare part supplied.
The following are expressly excluded:

  • disassembly and reassembly costs,

  • transportation costs,

  • consumables required for installation,

  • damage to the engine or vehicle resulting from improper use or assembly,

  • vehicle downtime costs or other indirect/consequential damages.


4. Conditions of validity and expiration

The warranty is valid only if the installation is carried out by qualified personnel.
It lapses in the event of:

  • assembly not compliant with the technical procedures and specifications of the manufacturer,

  • failure to clean the system before reassembly,

  • incorrect electrical or hydraulic connections,

  • improper use or use other than the intended use,

  • tampering, modifications or damages suffered after delivery.


5. Burden of proof and procedures

In case of warranty claim, the customer must provide proof of correct assembly (for example, invoice or declaration from the workshop).
The returned spare part will be subjected to a new test on the test bench:

  • if a is found original defect, the guarantee will be recognized;

  • if instead the replacement will be working or damaged by incorrect assembly/incorrect use, any further processing will be considered as extra paid service.


6. Limitations of liability

The warranty does not cover, under any circumstances, labor costs, machine downtime, indirect or consequential damages resulting from the malfunction or inability to use the product.
